STEP 1: Complete the digital Wait List Application form (below).

STEP 2: The Director will contact you to confirm your child's place on the wait list, discuss availability or arrange an orientation.

STEP 3: Offer of enrolment is made and enrolment fee of $75 is payable. 

Complete the digital Enrolment Form (below) 

Print, complete & return the Preschool Fee Application Form & 

the Consent For Use & Disclosure Of Child's Personal Information Form (below)

Alternatively, you can collect an Enrolment Pack from the Preschool.

STEP 4: A start date will be confirmed and your child will receive a Welcome Pack.

Please note that families are required to provide an Immunisation History Statement as part of the enrolment process. This can be forwarded to preschool via email or a hard copy can be included with your enrolment documents. You can get your immunisation history statements using either your:

Medicare online account or myGov or Medicare mobile app.
